The Association manages all bookings, locking and unlocking for security and health and safety reasons. The hall is an alarmed building so it is not possible to give out keys to third parties. A charge of £10 will be made for extra locking up during a hiring.( this means if for example you go to the hall to set up and need to leave the hall for a few hours, before you return) This is unfortunate but our key holder will need to return twice.

The health and saftey officers are Georgeena Butler and Alan Sawyer and it would be advisable to ring this number 01787 373079 if there are any connected issues during your hire.
