Fill in form below and send..... this date will then be provisionally booked for 10 days.
You will then need to contact the manager for a quote for your booking
You will need to write 1 cheque for the hire fee then 1 cheque for the returnable deposit of £200 if a party or wedding. Both payable to Acton village hall.
Read the the hiring agreement print out booking form and post with your cheques to: Brenda Bailey , 57 Lambert Drive , Acton, Sudbury, Suffolk or attach to email link

The booking manager may contact you to confirm the date or cheque has arrived. Alternatively you can contact her on 01787 313316 after 4pm, this is a text phone as well.
Please note our booking system now works on quotes to suit your own particular needs. Our old fee system has now ended and no fee table is currently on this web site.
Sub letting such as table sales will require proof of event liability insurance.
